1. Material Alternatives (comply with European standard EN 10090: 1998)
A) Standard material:4Cr10Si2Mo+STL,23-8N +STL
B) Alternative material: 4Cr9Si2Mo+STL,4Cr14Ni14W2Mo,Nimonic 80A ,welded valve Spindles
2. Upset forging and die pressing for grain flow along head profile.
3. Close controled heat treatment for achieving proper mechanical properties and metallurgical structure.
4. Stress released completely for microstructure and dimensional stability.
5. Stem chrome plating.
6. Supersonic detection for welded seat, dye penetrant inspection for entire valve.
7. LR, BV, CCS Certificate depends on needs.
