High Quality Valve Spindle Surface Treatment Processes introduction

The surface treatment process of the valve spindle mainly includes Chrome,Nitriding,Hvof, Natural color treatment.
1.Chrome: The chrome plating layer has high hardness, good heat resistance, good wear resistance and good chemical stability.

3.Hvof:  slightly darker than silver-white, more environmentally friendly,Liquid entering the combustion chamber through a small hole, such as kerosene, is burned and ignited after being atomized and mixed with oxygen, resulting in a strong gas phase reaction. The heat energy released by the combustion causes the product to expand violently. When this expanding gas flows through the Laval nozzle, it is constrained by the nozzle to form a supersonic high-temperature flame flow. This flame flow heats and accelerates the spray material to the substrate surface, forming a high-quality coating.

4.Natural color treatment: It mainly refers to maintaining the original metallic color of the valve through surface treatment technology while improving its performance.
