The 21/21 diesel engine valve is a core component of marine diesel engines, and its design and operating conditions have the following characteristics:

The valve mechanism mainly includes the valve, valve seat, guide, rocker arm, etc. The valve disc and valve seat bottom surface form the combustion chamber wall, directly bearing the high-temperature and high-pressure combustion gases. The valve stem slides in conjunction with the guide, and the rocker arm drives the valve to open and close via a push rod.
2. High-Temperature Environment: The average temperature of the exhaust valve disc can reach 650-800℃, and the intake valve 450-500℃.
