2.Process:

Deep case carburizing (hardened outer layer: 0.8–1.5 mm depth) with a tough, ductile core
Precision grinding (outer diameter and bore) for tight dimensional tolerances
Stress-relief heat treatment to resist fatigue cracking
Surface polishing for superior wear resistance and oil retention
